E-Form Package

A purely electronic formation with no printed information posted to you. This gives you the benefit of keeping costs down, however you may have more difficulty in getting the bank account opened as you will need to print the certificate onto 160 gsm Ivory card and the bank (depending on the branch) may require a confirmation of shareholders

The Platinum Package is our Gold Package with VAT registration built in, at a cheaper price than ordering the Gold Package and adding VAT registration in. The primary documents of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation and Shareholder Notification letter are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery* with the looseleaf register, seal etc following by first class mail.

Company Name Search

Many companies charge to check a name before you buy. Not only do we offer the service for FREE, if you submit a name for incorporation and Companies House decide that it is too similar to another name and reject it, we DON'T charge you to resubmit with a different name.

Note: The Company Search is available between 7am and Midnight Monday to Saturday as it relies on the Companies House registry being available.

Submitting a company formation request with an existing company name does not incur extra charges and can be resubmitted FREE OF CHARGE if Companies House reject for this (or any other) reason.
